Frank Haag
Very Senior Sales Engineer
Frank started his HVAC Career in Birmingham, AL after serving in the US Navy and then graduating from Pfeiffer College in 1974. Frank relocated to Indiana in 1981 with Carrier Corporation. In 1996 he joined Keller-Rivest. His entire career has been in the application and sales of HVAC equipment for commercial and industrial projects. Â He continues to learn from his mistakes and will do better next time.
Johnny Mann
Systems Integrator
Johnny has over 25 years of experience with hydronic and thermal transfer systems.  He specializes in providing engineering support for energy centers incorporating variable primary flow chilled water systems, dedicated heat recovery systems, and geothermal systems.
Christy Smiley
Parts Sales and Administrator
Christy started with Keller-Rivest in January 2002 as the accounting assistant for the controller and became the sales order administrator. She was born and raised in Shelby County, IN. and received an accounting degree from Indiana Business College and is the proud mother of 2 children.
Chris Adkins
Sales Engineer - Owner
Chris was born and raised in Indiana and has 25+ years of experience serving the HVAC Market. He is a 1993 graduate of Purdue University. He enjoys skiing, golf, tennis and spending time with his wife Christa and son Alex.
Brian Rockey
Sales Engineer - Owner
Brian has been with Keller-Rivest since 2016 and has nearly 20 years experience in the HVAC industry. He graduated from Purdue University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Brian is LEED certified in Building Design and Construction. He currently lives in Fishers, IN with his wife and 7 children.
Andrew Harpineau
Sales Engineer - Owner
Andrew joined KR in 2016 after completing the Trane Graduate Training Program. He spent 6 years as a Trane Sales Engineer in Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky. He is passionate about the industry and applies the Customer-First approach to each of his projects. Andrew received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. He is a Certified Energy Manager and a certified LEED professional.
Ryan Carr
Sales Engineer - Owner
Ryan is a Purdue engineering graduate and a third generation mechanical contractor with 25+ years of experience in the HVAC market. He spent the first part of his career as a project manager/estimator for mechanical contractors around Indianapolis. He then made the transformation to a sales engineer for the local McQuay Rep before co-founding Indiana Thermal Solutions in 2007. Ryan joined the ownership team of Keller-Rivest in 2016 after seeing opportunities to better meet customer needs with more innovative solutions. He concentrates on building relationships and trust with our customers to prove that Keller Rivest/ITS are the solutions to their HVAC needs. Ryan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
Russ Morris
Sales Engineer - Owner
Russ joined Keller Rivest in 2016 and has over 15 years experience in the HVAC industry. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Inst. Of Technology in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He currently in Fort Wayne, IN with his wife and children.
